§ T1Terms of use
Useful leads, not legal conclusions.
These terms govern use of the Redra website and hosted MCP service. By using the service, you agree to them.
Effective July 25, 20261. The service
Redra searches settlement data and returns potential matches, source details, deadlines, and filing links. The hosted service is currently free, requires no Redra account or API key, and is offered on a best-effort basis.
2. Not legal or financial advice
Redra does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice; determine legal eligibility; represent any settlement administrator; file claims; or receive settlement funds. A result is a lead only. Verify eligibility, deadlines, required proof, and filing instructions with the official administrator before acting.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use Redra lawfully and only for legitimate settlement research.
- Do not submit personal, financial, health, account, or claim identifiers.
- Do not evade capacity safeguards, disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, or probe it for unauthorized access.
- Do not misrepresent a Redra result as a confirmed eligibility decision.
- Use the linked official settlement websites and independently verify information.
4. Data accuracy and availability
Settlement records can be incomplete, delayed, changed, or incorrect. Deadlines and official pages can change without notice. Redra does not warrant completeness, timeliness, accuracy, continued availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The hosted service may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
5. Intellectual property and licenses
Redra's open-source code is available under the license included in its repository. Settlement data is attributed to SettleSignal and licensed under CC BY 4.0. Third-party names, marks, content, and linked pages belong to their respective owners.
6. Self-hosting
Independent operators are responsible for their own deployments, connectors, security, data handling, legal compliance, and user terms. Redra does not operate or control third-party self-hosted instances.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Redra and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions can be sent to info@sacrosaunt.com.
